We are happy to open our holiday home and welcome friends and family of Waterfront Holiday Houses. We know you will love it us much as we do.

The glimpse of the shimmering lake as you open the front door is just the start of how you will be impressed with what this property has on offer.

Maximum 16 adults permitted in any one booking. 4 additional children permitted by request and additional charges apply.

It is located in a residential zone, therefore noise restrictions apply, no parties permitted.

Absolutely everything has been thought of in preparing this beautiful, big house for our guests – ‘Waterview Place’ is undoubtedly our biggest ‘wow’ factor yet.

It is all about big social spaces, that instantly invite family and friends to gather, to wind down and embrace holiday mode.

The open plan kitchen, living and alfresco, is perfect for hosting big groups and the abundance of seating lends itself to long lunches and big dinner parties!

The waterfront location is quiet and calming, and the natural surrounds will be perfect for that waterfront wedding location every bride searches for in Yarrawonga.

The natural setting with a large open front lawn and shallow lake waters directly in front. The sparkling solar heated swimming pool and poolside lounges.
Total of 5 televisions in the property with a separate TV lounge upstairs for the kids.

Please be aware that our default bedding set-up is all King Beds.
ALL six king beds can split. Split beds must be requested at the time of the booking.
Top bunks are ot in use for holiday rental guests.

There is a small fee to cover the cost of hire linen.
